Residential Services
How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule your pickup online. We collect your laundry, professionally wash, dry, and fold it, then return it fresh to your doorstep.
What is your pricing?
Our standard wash & fold service starts at $2.25 per pound. Specialty items and add-ons are priced separately.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. A $35 minimum applies to all residential orders.
How long does service take?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
Do you separate colors and fabrics?
Yes. Laundry is sorted by color and fabric type and washed according to care labels.
What detergents do you use?
We use high-quality commercial detergents. Hypoallergenic detergent is available upon request.
Can you remove all stains?
Stain treatment is best-effort. While many stains improve, complete removal is not guaranteed.
What items do you not accept?
We do not accept items that are heavily soiled with hazardous materials, pet waste, mold, or oil/grease beyond normal household use.
What if an item is damaged or missing?
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Liability is limited as outlined in our Refund & Claims Policy.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Monthly plans provide discounted per-pound pricing and recurring pickups.
In-Home Clothes Put-Away Service
What does this service include?
We neatly put away clean laundry into drawers and closets according to your preferences.
Is someone required to be home?
Yes. An adult must be present to grant access and direct placement.
How is this service priced?
This is a flat-rate add-on, currently $17 per visit for one time services and $60 for repeat monthly subscriptions.
Commercial Services
Who do you serve commercially?
Gyms, salons, spas, Airbnb hosts, medical offices, nursing homes, and other businesses with recurring laundry needs.
How is commercial pricing determined?
Pricing is based on volume, frequency, and service level. Custom quotes are provided.
Do you guarantee turnaround times?
Turnaround times are estimated and may vary based on volume and demand.
Are commercial items folded like residential laundry?
Commercial laundry is processed for cleanliness and sanitation. Folding standards may differ.
Do you guarantee stain removal for commercial loads?
No. Stain removal is not guaranteed for commercial items.
How does billing work?
Commercial accounts are invoiced per agreed terms. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
What happens if we miss a pickup?
Missed pickups due to lack of access are billable.
Billing, Cancellations & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors.
Do you offer refunds?
Completed services are non-refundable. Service credits may be issued at our discretion.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a $15 fee.
